Elinipendo Emmanuel is the founder and Managing Partner of Premier Plus Associates since 2019. He is registered with Tanzania National Board of Accountants and Auditors in a category of Associate certified public accountant in public practice (ACPA-PP 1164). He is also a registered tax consultant in good standing with Tanzania Revenue Authority.

Elinipendo holds MSc. Business Administration and Finance from University of ESAMI/ MAASTRITCH). Prior to establishing the audit firm in 2019, Elinipendo worked with Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority as Manager of Internal Audit Department (10 years) and Accountant for NORAD funded Projects (at Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority) where he spent 5 years. Generally, he has worked at NCAA for more than 20 years in different positions.
He has vast experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Management. He currently performs roles of engagement partner to quite number of clients in hotels and tourisms, government entities, NGOs and donor funded projects, technology etc.
