Gloria is a holder of an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha. Prior to joining Premier Plus Associates, Gloria worked at VA Business Assurance Services for nine (9) years from September 2012 where she served various positions including Assistant Audit Manager for NGOs, Agreed Upon procedures and projects as well as Training Coordinator.

During her audit and accountancy profession lifetime, Gloria has attended various seminars organized by NBAA and ICPAK on basic accounting issues and essential Auditing skills respectively. At different times, she also played a role of resource person on ongoing in-house training programme and has successfully made various professional presentations on auditing.

Gloria has gained adequate audit experience following her participation in audits of quite number of clients from different industries such as hotel and tourism, church projects, NGOs and donor funded projects, high learning institutions.
